Katy Perry released 2nd & official video for “Chained To The Rhythm”
Just before Katy Perry‘s awesome 2017 Grammy Awards performance of her latest single “Chained To The Rhythm“, she released a lyric video for song and some thought that was the official video. Katy has however recently followed that up with the actual official video. As where the previous video for that song featured a hand preparing dinner in a little house for what you eventually find out is a hamster …
… Katy’s new official video for that song follows her on a visit to a futuristic theme park called Oblivia (that although features some kind of hamster character also as it’s Mickey Mouse of sorts).
The Oblivia theme park features rides such as the Love Me roller-coaster, the American Dream Drop (where it appears houses are plunged to the ground and stopped before being smashed), and of course the No Place Like Home ride where people are catapulted.
Towards the end of the video Bob Marley’s grandson Skip Marley steps out of a movie screen for his reggae rap, and eventually Katy gets up into a huge hamster wheel and begins running, eventually to appear to have some kind of revelation obviously that’s she thinks she is a hamster of sorts. So far “Chained To The Rhythm” is a single track only (similar to Katy Perry’s previous single “Rise”), and there is not new full length Katy Perry album as of yet).
