Black Eyed Peas release new non-profit 2016 version of “Where Is The Love”
The profits of “Where Is The Love” are actually now non-profit? While some might say it’s merely a ploy by Black Eyed Peas to get more residual value from their previously released songs, with the new version of “Where Is The Love”, at least the message is still clear as a good moniker for planet Earth.
Also the proceeds for #WHERESTHELOVE will benefit will.i.am’s education-focused i.am.angel foundation (not people who are retarded, as of course judging by their song “Let’s Get Retarded” (that they have not re-done as of yet, although was another rendition of their song “Let’s Get It Started”), obviously BEP have no love as to not offend people who are actually mentally retarded (although it does kind of seem like apl.de.ap has a speech impediment).
The Black Eyed Peas new version of the song and video “Where Is The Love” is a celebrity ode to love that even features Quincy Jones, writer and producer of the song “We Are The World”. Many of the other celebrities who sing or make an appearance in the video are Puff Daddy, Kendall Jenner, Mary J. Bliege, Jessie J, Justin Timberlake, and many others.
The original release of the Black Eyed Peas song “Where Is The Love” wasn’t as successful as some of their other songs, only reaching #8 on the Billboard charts, however it’s re-release / new version might beat that.
